On possible ways to solve interdepartmental interaction organizing problems in state and municipal service provision system

The article considers the main directions of government sector reforming including management in the sphere of providing state and municipal services in electronic form structure development, interdepartmental electronic interaction organizing, providing state and municipal services according to the principle of «one instance». In carrying out the research the reasons for people’s dissatisfaction with the quality of currently provided services are revealed, directions for system of providing state and municipal service development eliminating are given. Realization of scientific organizations and different level authorities’ mutual activity aimed at current process methodical insurance improvement is offered.
