Purpose: Show the features of the new amendments to the Law on the Bar in Belarus. Methodology: In preparing the article, we used formal legal and comparative legal methods. Results: The article examines the legislation and practice in the field of advocacy, makes proposals for improving the current legislation. Novelty/originality/value: The proposed article is original in nature and is of value for the lawyers of the Eurasian Economic Union.
