Психопатологические синдромы, возникающие в рамках динамики расстройства личности (РЛ) в юношеском возрасте сопряжены с высоким риском развития аутоагрессивных действий, в том числе несуицидального характера. Цель исследования: определение клинико-психопатологических особенностей несуицидальных самоповреждений при РЛ в юношеском возрасте и коморбидных с ними психопатологических синдромов для установления взаимосвязи с суицидальным поведением и выделения диагностических и прогностических критериев их оценки. Материал и методы. Клинико-психопатологически и методом ретроспективного анализа обследованы 187 больных (133 мужского и 54 женского пола) с НССП (несуицидальным самоповреждающим поведением) при РЛ (расстройствах личности). Средний возраст обследованных к моменту первого стациони-рования составил 18,2±2,3 лет. Результаты: Анализ клинических данных выявил клинико - психопатологическую неоднородность состояний, сопряженных с несуицидальными самоповреждающими поступками, и как следствие - разнообразие психопатологической основы механизмов возникновения НССП при формирующемся РЛ...
