Some issues of a higher school policy to improve law education

The article considers organisational, pedagogical and methodological aspects of modern law education. A set of campaigns aimed to increase the quality of education should be launched. These include public accreditation, licensing, introducing two-level system of training, etc. The role of methodological and training material is highlighted.
