Some theoretical aspects of maintainably-stable development of social economic system

The article is devoted to the issues of social economic systems stability in regional studies. The authors prove that social economic stability is based on the concept national security, which involves the «interests -threat - protection» analysis. In its turn national security is viewed as a stable state of economic system and its development under conditions of dynamically changing macro and micro environment. Key features, methodological principals and national security factors have been identified. The concept stable development has been proposed.
