Some problems of criminalization and decriminalization of acts in the sphere of economic activity

The article is devoted to the interrelation between effectiveness of criminal law regulations, that elaborates responsibility for economic crimes and the process of criminalization and decriminalization. The author proves that to provide effective regulation criminalization must be reasonable. At the same time non-effectiveness of criminal law rule is important but not a single circumstance which is taken into account when decriminalization takes place.
