Some features of implementation public procurement through call for quotes

Purpose: To solve some applied problems arising in the course of purchases in the manner of requesting quotations. Methodology: Formal-legal and comparative methods, analysis, synthesis were used. Results: The analysis of the problematic issues arising in the course of purchases by the method of requesting quotations, suggested recommendations for minimizing the risks of prosecution associated with the application of this method of procurement. Novelty/originality/value: The most topical issues encountered in the implementation of a request for quotations have been identified, their systematization has been carried out depending on the stage of procurement, which facilitates the use of relevant recommendations.
