Негативные жизненные события у подростков - учащихся городских и сельских школ Сибири как риск развития депрессии

Введение. Причиной формирования и развития психических расстройств во взрослом возрасте часто являются перенесенные психогенные события детского и подросткового периодов. Материал и методы. В статье представлены данные по 507 учащимся сельских и городских общеобразовательных школ в возрасте от 12 до 18 лет. В работе использованы Шкала жизненных событий для подростков (Adolescent Mental Life Events Scale, ASLEC), Шкала риска возникновения депрессивных симптомов у подростков М. Ковак (Child Depression Inventory Scale M. Kovac, CDI). Результаты. 25% подростков исследуемой группы оценивают пережитые ими негативные жизненные события как имеющие высокую значимость для последующего функционирования в социуме. Высокий уровень риска депрессии наблюдается у 16,6% респондентов. Значимо чаще депрессивные симптомы встречаются у девочек в сравнении с мальчиками (23,9% и 8,8%). При корреляционном анализе выявлена взаимосвязь слабой степени между общими показателями этих шкал у мальчиков, взаимосвязь средней степени отмечалась у девочек. Обсуждается роль влияния негативных жизненных событий на возникновение депрессивных симптомов у подростков.
