Nouns of physiological sensation in the Portuguese language: the semantics of plural forms

The article deals with of semantic plural forms of physiological state nouns. The meaning of the number form in nouns is influenced by conceptualization of the sensation described. In the Portuguese language, different sensations can be taken as either condition or multiple reaction to the environment.
