Scientific and applied regulations of information and didactic resources in education process of military university

This paper describes the scientific and practical foundations of information and didactic resources in educational process of military university, and some problems in achieving the effectiveness of the training sessions with use of modern information technologies, possible ways of their solution with the help of media training.
