The article discusses the approaches to the participation of a psychologist and a teacher in investigative actions with the participation of a minor victim, his procedural status. Attention is drawn to the involvement of a psychologist and a teacher in the investigative actions as a specialist, characterizing him as a participant in the investigative action, whose rights and obligations are enshrined in Art. 58 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. However, a teacher and a psychologist carry out criminal procedural functions that are independent in comparison with a specialist in criminal proceedings, and therefore, there is uncertainty in the legal regulation of relations associated with psychological support of investigative actions with a minor victim. The article illustrates the approaches of scientists to the issue of attracting a psychologist and a teacher to participate in investigative actions, since the functions of a teacher and the functions of a psychologist are different. Attention is drawn to the need to improve the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation in terms of the procedural status of a psychologist as a participant in investigative actions with the consolidation of his rights, duties, and responsibility.
