In the scientific work, pathomorphological and morphometric parameters were studied in 40 corpses of people who died of sudden coronary death. The data obtained showed correlation changes in the indices of the heart and myocardium in this pathology, which is the main reason for the increased risk of developing sudden coronary death and, accordingly, requires further improvement of macroscopic diagnostic tactics.
