Резюме Данная работа посвящена новому направлению в радиационной генетике - радиогеномике, основной целью которой является изучение молекулярно-генетических маркеров, ответственных за развитие лучевых реакций и повреждений у больных, проходящих лучевую терапию. Описаны молекулярные механизмы, активирующиеся в клетке в ответ на действие ионизирующего излучения и влияющие на развитие побочных эффектов. Представлены основные подходы, значимые на сегодняшний день результаты и проблемы радиогеномных исследований.
