Organizational development means philosophical conception and direction of changes of the firm at the same time. Management of changes has a long story of its application. The author gives a model of reengineering of organizational structure as the most important method of making changes of the firm. The main advantages and drawbacks the given method have been selected and it is necessary to take these things into account when using them.
