International standards in the sphere of maternity welfare and the childhood: questions of implementation in Uzbekistan

Purpose: Consideration of questions of implementation of International standards in the sphere of maternity welfare and the childhood in Uzbekistan. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article the overview of international legal documents and the national legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the sphere of maternity welfare and the childhood is performed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
