International and national aspects of the legal situation of children

Purpose: To consider international and national aspects of the legal situation of children. Methodology: This article uses international legal documents and Russian legislation. Results: In article the system of the international and national acts concerning a legal status of children is defined and the detailed analysis of basic provisions of these acts is provided. Novelty/originality/value: The article deals with the economic exploitation of children; the worst forms of child labor; upbringing and education of children, etc.
