Бесплатный доступ

The article considers the issue of optimization of measures to counteract extremism that is topical for modern Russia. To identify the specifics of the ideology of Islamic extremism, the author suggests to use the complex approach based on methodology developed by anthropologist Ch. Wulf for studying social rituals combined with general research methods (recognition and interpretation, decomposition and modeling). Christophe Wulf’s explanation of the ritual as a combination of performative acts (staging) and mimesis (feeling) is used to reveal the structure, internal and external changes of “At-Takfir Val-Hijra” Islamic extremist organization.
