Methodological bases of development of management strategies at physical education and sports university at a conceptual level

Strategic management of physical education and sports university is a complex and multifaceted process including set of constant and variable elements working as a unified system. The organization strategy is implemented at two levels: conceptual and program. This article will only consider methodological development foundations of the strategy at the conceptual level. The article is a continuation of a series of the scientific studies, addressing strategic management issues of physical education and sports university. The purpose of the study is to develop and justify the methodological foundations of the conceptual level of the development strategy of physical education and sports university.
