Methodics of specialist personality identification (exemplified by the squad commander of the correctional institution)

The article raises the problem of determining the professionally important qualities of penitentiary officers from perspective of matching the content of professional performance and the subject’s personal qualities and selecting an efficient psycho-diagnostic toolkit to conduct professional selection.
