The article puts forth argumentation that fully conforms with the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis on linguistic relativity, the structure of a language reflects not only peculiar features of some culture but general view of the world map (its conceptualization). Any changes of one part influence others, thus defining dynamic character of the Russian world map and its conceptualization in the language and signs of present day communication. Linguistic analysis of language units and samples of speech made it evident that the dynamic processes are associated with: language changes caused by new life reality; actual reoccurrence of language signs; spiral development of the language and its usage in speech; stretching of semantics; creative enhancement; distortion and exposure in modern Russian and its speech realizations. Alterations and the latest development in a semantic layer of already existing or newly arisen discourse are demonstrated with samples of Russian lexis and recent communicative practice.
