The analysis of the patent information concerning nanoadditives influence mechanisms on building ceramics properties is given. The paper considers photo-destruction of substance on obverse finishing layer of building ceramics, which has been modified by titanium nanodioxide; optimization of contact zone structure between obverse finishing layer and ceramics product; creation of diffusion barrier for ions of excited environments; increase of ceramics products durability.
