Mechanisms for credit organization’s participation in today’s society transformational processes

The article considers normative isomorphism theory influence on transformational processes in the Russian society in terms of rule-making process initiated by crediting organizations represented by their professional associations. The author discovered that social and economic transformation explanation origins are closely connected with a modernization process carrier namely banking organizations and their associations.
