Purpose: Attempt of judgment of concepts of mechanisms, the directions and forms of cooperation of the states in fight against transnational crimes. Methodology: Historical and legal, comparative and legal and formal-legal methods were used. Results: The author investigated variety of mechanisms of the international cooperation for the solution of the questions connected with investigation and disclosure of transnational crime has carried out systematization of the directions and forms of cooperation of the states in fight against transnational crimes.
