Малый бизнес: в поисках эффективной модели управления

Малый бизнес - драйвер экономики во всех развитых странах мира, позволяет создавать новые рабочие места, раскрывать потенциал людям и капитализировать знания. В условиях трансформации российской экономики, где по-прежнему значительное место занимает государство, исследования малого бизнеса играют важную роль, с тем, чтобы понимать, как развивается этот сектор экономики. На основе метаанализа в статье рассмотрены основные проблемы и закономерности развития малого бизнеса, проводится обзор исследований малого бизнеса в разных странах мира - аспекты развития и динамики управления. Дана общая характеристика организации малой формы. Показана роль знаний в условиях неопределенности, качества рабочих мест с приверженностью организации, связь личных целей, факторов возраста, образования, этики с принятием решений, финансирования и эффективности. Сделаны выводы о состоянии исследований малого бизнеса на современном этапе развития науки.
