Therapeutic physical culture in violation of posture of students

Therapeutic physical culture uses the same methods and means as the physical culture of an absolutely healthy person. LFK- is a method of natural biological content, since it is based on the use of the biological function of the organism, movement, which is the main stimulator of the process of growth, development and formation of the organism. This article discusses the means and methods of therapeutic physical culture, its role, as well as the types of human posture disorders. It also proposes a set of recommended exercises for correcting and maintaining the posture of students, for full-fledged classes at the university.
