Constitutional-legal mechanisms of freedom of labor in modern conditions

Dedicated to the constitutional and legal mechanisms of freedom of labor at present. It is noted that modern forms of labor relations significantly reduce the possibility of minimizing the guarantee of the right to work and related constitutional rights and freedoms. It is emphasized that the priority task in the framework of the development of labor law in Russia is to increase the growth of workers’ protection by legal means of regulation in the field of labor relations. The conclusion is drawn about the need to change the system of constitutional mechanisms, which has developed the practice of inconsistent building of legal relations in the sphere of regulation of guarantees of freedom of labor.
