The article analyzes the current state of certain aspects of the legal regulation of tourism activities, reveals the features of compensation for moral damage in the area. The author gives a detailed legal description of the compensation for moral harm to consumers of tourist services, including the problems of determining the amount of compensation for moral harm. The article considers some conflict issues in the area under consideration and gives recommendations for their elimination.
