Communicative characteristics of personality of officers of the system of the MIA with regard to the factor of job satisfaction

To reveal consistent connections of certain communicative characteristics with indicators of job satisfaction the author used methods of mathematical processing of data: comparative analysis of correlation connections, t-criterion. The officers less satisfied with their job unskillfully conceal negative emotions when facing difficulties in their work. The level of job satisfaction is not unchangeable during lifetime. Besides experience (length) of work and the age the officers' job satisfaction is determined by changes in self-evaluation, volition qualities, demands concerning remuneration for the work. Job satisfaction is a key factor of activity and depends on many events. In particular, positive attitudes, striving for friendly interpersonal relations increase job satisfaction, and activity of officers with evident and developed positive characteristics is getting more effective. Communicative aspect in the officers' activity lacks attention, the focus is made on the components of duty, protection of life, health, rights and freedoms of citizens.
