Typology and dynamic of development of borderline neuro-mental disorders in schoolchildren have been studied. 1500 schoolchildren at 7-17 years. In the clinical structure BNMD in children and adolescents leading place is occupied by neurotic disorders, which are represented in three forms: neurotic reactionsВ, neurotic states and neurotic developments. 69,71 % of neurotic disorders are represented by initial studies, 26,92 % - by neurotic states, 3,37 % - neurotic development. In schoolchildren suffering from neurotic disorders moderately expressed decrease of efficacy of study.
