Клинические аспекты сагиттального баланса у взрослых

На основании данных литературы приведены параметры интегральной оценки сагиттального баланса. Показано, что оценка сагиттального баланса должна производиться с учетом пространственного положения тела с использованием концепции «конуса экономии» и гравитационной линии. Шейный отдел позвоночника и таз - ключевые компенсационные механизмы коррекции изменений сагиттального баланса. Соотношение PI (pelvic incidence) - LL (поясничный лордоз) является одним из наиболее значимых, т. к. коррелирует с изменениями качества жизни. Клиническая интерпретация изменений сагиттального баланса должна производиться на основании их интеграции с обязательным учетом клинических проявлений и изменений качества жизни.
