Quality of life and psychological status of patients with various diseases of bile-excreting tracts

Complex studying of quality of a life and psychological features of patients with dysfunction of biliary ways and biliary lithiasis illness. 120 patients with motor dysfunctions of biliary ways, 65 patients with желчнокаменной illness are surveyed, the Control group was made by 62 healthy volunteers of a similar floor and age. Quality of a life was investigated by means of Nottingham Health Profile a structure of health. The psychological status was estimated by means of the Reduced Multifactorial Questionnaire of the Person and test of Aizenk. Thus, we had been certain a psychological portrait of patients of surveyed groups - emotionally labile, inclined to a morbid depression, irritable, self-confident, with a high level of uneasiness and neurotic type of the person, on a background of decrease in the general quality of a life.
