To the problem of interpreting the term “creativity” in foreign theory of education

The article is devoted to the problem of understanding the foreign term «creativity» in pedagogical literature. The author analyses the term from the points of modern Russian theory of education and compares the Russian terms «эвристическая деятельность» (heuristic activity) and «творческая деятельность» (creative activity ) with the foreign term «creativity».
