To a question of the maintenance of the concepts "gross violation of public order" and "obvious disrespect for society" as elements of the objective part of hooliganism

Purpose: Establishment of maintenance of the concepts «gross violation of public order» and «obvious disrespect for society» as elements of the objective party of hooliganism. Methodology: Formal-legal and historical and legal methods were used. Results: In article the conclusion is drawn that it is necessary to understand an essential negative deviation from the standard rules of conduct which interferes with normal functioning of the system of the public relations providing tranquility, normal working conditions, rest and life of citizens and also work of institutions, enterprises and organizations as gross violation of public order. It is necessary to understand openly expressed disrespectful attitude towards not personified number of people as obvious disrespect for society. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the sufficient scientific value as represents attempt of judgment of the significant legal phenomena.
