To a question of problems of application of the hereditary contract in the Russian Federation

Purpose: Research of the hereditary contract and its legal regulation. Methodology: Analysis and comparison methods were used. Results: In 2013 the State Duma considered the law providing emergence of the hereditary contract in Russia. With the introduction in the Russian legislation inheritance contract you will see a few problems that are not regulated by law. Will need to review all of section V of part three of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value as the institute, new to the Russian legislation, - the hereditary contract.
