Some observations upon legal concepts of accident rate and tumbledown dwelling in Russian and Bulgarian legislation

The concepts of accident rate and tumbledown dwellings interpreted in Russian and Bulgarian legislation are considered. The authors determine general and specific approaches to a legal regulation of the issue and confirm them on the basis of the carried-out analysis of the legislation and jurisprudence.
