On the question to the legal forms of participation of minor witnesses and victims at the pre-trial stages of the criminal process

In the course of analyzing the legal forms of participation of minor victims and witnesses at various stages of the criminal process, the author in this article identifies the problem of criminalistic support for the correlation of the form to its content. Among the variety of forms of implementation by minor witnesses and victims of their right (and duty) to participate in operational investigative and judicial procedures, it is necessary to identify those forms that primarily need their scientific support, including forensic intervention.
