A few thoughts about recognition of automated control systems as a person before the law

The article reveals the issues of dialectical variability of such fundamental categories of law as legal personality in connection with the introduction of automated control systems into the human everyday life. On concrete practical examples, the need to improve this concept is shown, because information systems replace some human functions in our society.
