A contribution to the problem of termination of fully performed contracts by mutual consent

Purpose: To analyze some of the important issues relating to termination of fully performed contracts by mutual consent in the Russian Federation. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: The author describes some of the important issues relating to termination of fully performed contracts by mutual consent. The conclusions are exemplified by recent court rulings. Novelty/originality/value: The author thoroughly describes the outlined issues and suggests possible ways of future research.
