E-jury trials for lawyers

Purpose: Acquaint with the project of introduction in Russia of electronic jury trial for lawyers and free lawyers. Methodology: The use of statistical and hermeneutic and comparative-historical method. Results: There are six reasons for introducing an electronic jury in Russia for lawyers and free lawyers. Novelty/originality/value: The absence of such scientific publications on the topic of the article indicates its novelty. Combining new (Internet, software algorithms) and established (jury trial) technologies - its originality. We offer scientific generalization and its values.
