Economic competence of a teacher as the factor of his professional self-development

The article discusses the pedagogical bases of the economic competence formation as a factor of teacher's professional self-development. The economic competence becomes the leading criteria of evaluating the teacher's readiness for new realities. It is supposed to be the way of improving and achieving the specified quality of teacher training education, forming competitiveness and professional mobility of teachers at the labour market.
