Effective contract as means to increase the quality of education

Increase of education efficiency and quality is one of the basic directions in state policy. It would contribute in solving the problems of social and economic development of the country. One of the key directions in the state social policy is development of pedagogical personnel potential. The effective contract that is supposed to stimulate various changes aimed to improve the quality of education and to select qualified pedagogical personnel is one of the means to implement this approach.
