В статье приведен обзор мировой литературы, посвященный симптомам нижних мочевых путей у больных с терминальной почечной недо­статочностью. Уменьшение объема суточного диуреза, проведение гемодиализа негативно отражаются на функции мочевого пузыря. Со временем функциональные нарушения усугубляются, в детрузоре развиваются атрофические процессы. Длительный период олигурии, выраженные органи­ческие изменения в стенки мочевого пузыря не являются противопоказанием к трансплантации почки, однако это должно учитываться при отборе реципиентов, выборе хирургической тактики, а также в посттрансплантационном периоде. После пересадки почки более чем у 70% пациентов отме­чается учащенное мочеиспускание и ноктурия. Изменения мочеиспускания обусловлены как урологическими, так и не урологическими причинами (например полидипсия, хроническая сердечная недостаточность, сахарный диабет, определенный образ жизни). Наиболее актуальным является своевременное выявление урологического заболевания, приводящего к дизурии.
