The article presents the results of a scientific study related to the determination of changes in indicators that determine the level of development of the cardiorespiratory system of amateur football players of various individual effects in the annual cycle of their training. The results of the study are based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, assessing the level of individual development (body type) through the use of somatometry and somatotyping, recording heart rate and blood pressure, determining the level of maximum oxygen consumption and vital capacity of the lungs, performing mathematical and statistical procedures when processing the results research. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body of athletes specializing in football is not the same during the sports season for players of different body types, therefore, within the limits of a specific individual body type, pedagogical influences should be unidirectional with a single physical value load.
