The article analyses political events in Russia in the early 1990s, characterizes law of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and amendments to the Constitution of RSFSR, adopted in 1978, gives a detailed analysis of the work of Constitutional Conference, dedicated to the creation of the Constitution of the RF, adopted in 1993.
