Historical experience and necessity of formation of new thought

This article reveals a topic about the necessity to form new thought among Russian citizens. This need is dictated by the fact that the past, leaving, did not take its consequences in the form of Russians' perceptions of their country, like a "besieged fortress", the blurring of ideological boundaries between the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation. In addition, the article answers the questions: is this a problem of modern Russian society? Is it necessary to overcome this? How to do it?
