Historical analysis of autonomy's development problems in the works of foreign and domestic researchers

The paper presents historical and pedagogical analysis of autonomy's development with the designation of certain historical periods. Two ways in the formation of self-reliance, i.e. formation of individual autonomy and independence of thinking are designed in the article.
