In this article the author brings up some problems of an origin of religion and understanding of religious phenomena in historical prospect. The religion penetrates all relations of the person with the world and gives them a special nuance. There isn’t common functional definition of religion in a science. It doesn’t allow to consider religious phenomena in their social integrity.
