Research of technology for obtaining packaging materials for food products

The purpose of the work was to study the direction of use of packaging material and production technology, to identify the specific interaction of packaging material with food products. The object of research was polymeric materials, the peculiarity of their interaction, due to the activity of their use as packaging. The research methodology was based on the formed, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documents, types of packaging materials used for food products. The main research methods are the method of assessing the technological level based on information data. The study of the information data set made it possible to reveal that polymer packaging materials are widely used for packaging food products. At the same time, new technological methods of their use are being created, which help to increase the shelf life of the packaged product.
