Studying gender dimension in planning the professional career of modern youth

In the article the attention is accented on the problem of planning the professional career by the young (boys and girls) from the position of their gender distinctions. The article describes the process of diagnosing the students of Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, different methodologies were applied.
