Research of financial security of the process of handling with MSW

The problem of the management of consumer waste is one of the key in the field of environmental protection. The degree of development of the MSW management system that ensures the ecological well-being of the country is related to the general level of economic development. Countries with relatively high levels of wealth have more financial and technological capabilities to improve the efficiency of the waste management system. Therefore, the main problem that impedes the formation in Russia of a MSW management system that meets modern requirements is the relatively low level of economic well-being and, as a result, insufficient financing of the waste treatment and disposal infrastructure.
